HR Business Partner (Go-to-Market) - Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll do:


The Talent Business Partner (HR) is a pivotal role dedicated to driving organizational success through the effective alignment of corporate objectives, talent strategies, and performance management. This position demands a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative Business Partner who excels in building strong relationships and ensuring legal compliance while fostering a productive and engaged workforce.


  • Support and implement HR strategies and programs that are in alignment with key business initiatives to include workforce planning, organizational restructuring, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Partner with business leaders to lead effective, transparent performance management 
  • Independently diagnose, provide suggestions for next steps, and document complex employee relations issues while upholding Billtrust culture and mitigating legal risks in collaboration with Director of HRBP and/or legal department 
  • Partner with business leaders through change management by assisting in the planning of organizational change, communications, and overall acceptance of change
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics in partnership with COE to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies


What You’ll Bring to the Team:


  • Proven 5+ years of professional experience in working with business leaders as a Generalist, Business Partner, or other related HR roles
  • Demonstrated strong judgment and experience in employee relations, change management, and performance management
  • Demonstrated understanding of key employment laws, regulations, and policies
  • Demonstrated experience in leading decisions or change based on metrics
  • High degree of professionalism, including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.


Base Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 + bonus


Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Equal Pay Laws. Billtrust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide more information about the total compensation package for this position during the interview process.
