Responsible for developing strategic partnerships that are integral to the success of the business and to the support and achievement of goals and objectives from the Human Resources perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Counsels and influences business leaders in complex Human Resources issues.
Conducts employee relations investigations; manages dispute resolution process. -
Supports Corporate Director, HR in implementation of Workforce Strategy initiatives.

Implements HR initiatives and measures results.Conducts HR data analysis for customers.

Partners with operations and human resources in developing and executing strategy and innovation.
Qualifications:
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Licensure/Certification
None.
Experience
Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience to include knowledge of two or more human resource
functions.
