Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner serves as the Human Resources (HR) point of contact of a Region or department. The HRBP provides focused human resources consulting in the areas of workforce planning, analyzing policies and procedures, organizational development, leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and talent management. This position will deliver corporate initiatives, assess issues and generate subsequent solutions, lead investigations, manage the implementation of enterprise-wide HR programs, and manage in a shared services environment.
