HE OPPORTUNITY T

he HR Coordinator at Apps Associates LLC aids with and facilitates a variety of human resource processes at all levels of an employee life cycle. At Apps we have a people focus culture and so delivering high caliber people experience is important. T

his role will own the new hire onboarding process and will collaborate with others within the people operations team. T

HAT YOU WILL BE DOING L

  • iaise with talent acquisition team to transition individuals from an applicant to an employee D
  • ata entry into Oracle HCM C
  • oordinate orientation and training sessions for new hires D
  • eliver new hire communication within specified timeline R
  • eceive, review, and upload new hire information and pay details into HRIS R
  • espond to external and internal inquiries and share appropriate resources C
  • oordinate calendar activities including but not limited to 30-60 and 90 day check in sessions C
  • onduct exit workflow for separating employees within system O
  • rganize and ship new hire tools, IT equipment, gift arrangements and other administrative tasks A
  • ssist in HR processes such as background checks, termination processes, and status updates in HRIS P
  • rocess and verify I9 documents and SIN S
  • ubmit expense reports to accounts payable A
  • rrange travel and stay for relocating employees P
  • erform other related duties and projects as assigned A
  • pply knowledge from Human Resources experience and training to facilitate an enhanced human resources experience for all Apps employees
