About Our Client

Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function
  • HR Operation and maintaining employee's personal data & HR Systems
  • Compensation & Benefits (compensation system and performance review)
  • To process monthly staff payroll with accurately and efficiently
  • To ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulations, including preparation of IR21, IR8A, leave pay and claims etc.
  • Manage On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities
  • Handling of MOM related matters (HR)
  • Provide support on office administrative matters

The Successful Applicant

  • HR or relevant qualification education
  • 5 years of work experience as HR Generalist, and C&B (total rewards)
  • Understand Singapore employment law, HR policies and best practices
  • Payroll and taxation
