About the Role:

As a Senior Software Project Manager at Programmers Force, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful development and delivery of innovative software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with product managers to gather and prioritize requirements.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management, with a focus on product development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products to market.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in product development.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUP, Asana) and product management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
