Description:The F-35 Fire Control and Stores Software Team seeks a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Software team to apply and execute Earned Value methodology as a Control Account Manager (CAM). Your CAM responsibilities will include managing cost, schedule and performance of contracts supporting the development of Fire Control and Stores Software in the classified space. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing Control Accounts and work packages, establishing program baselines and an Integrated Master Schedule, establishing WBS Elements and internal labor serial numbers, adhering to monthly business rhythm tempos including baselining new scope, submission of Estimates at Completion (EAC), Variance (VAR) dispositions, and reporting performance metrics to varying levels of leadership within the organization. Additional responsibilities include supporting estimates for future programs and developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs).Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.This CAM role will be in a closed area.Your Responsibilities will include:• Manage and oversee assigned control accounts within the project, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles per Lockheed Martin corporate policy CPS-026.• Perform detailed analysis of Earned Value (EV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and variance analysis to assess project performance against baselines.• Collaborate closely with Cost Integrators (CI), Program Integrators (PI), and Program Managers to integrate cost, schedule, and technical performance data.• Participate in regular project reviews and meetings to provide status updates on EV metrics, cost forecasts, Estimate to Complete (ETC), and To Complete Performance Index (TCPI).• Work closely with the technical execution team to monitor progress against near-term and long-term milestones outlined in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).• Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports on project performance metrics, trends, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.• Identify risks and opportunities related to cost and schedule performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.• Support audits and reviews related to EVM data integrity, ensuring documentation and processes to meet established standards.• Foster a collaborative environment within the project team to enhance communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.Basic Qualifications:• SAP Clearance (Preferably with 5GI)• Control Account Manager or related experience required• EVMS experience• Knowledge of software development and AGILE processes• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college in Math, Statistics, Finance, engineering, or related field/experienceMust be a US citizen.
