Overview:

Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Human Resources Generalist with Wallenius Wilhelmsen Solutions at our vehicle processing facility in Sparrows Point, MD.

Job Description:

In this highly collaborative role you will use your expertise in human resources to:

Administer, develop, and implement human resources policies and procedures
Manage benefits administration and reporting; communicate benefits information to employees
Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition, oversee new employee orientation
Guide career exploration with managers and employees

Job Requirements:

Your background, experience, and interests include:

excellent time management skills; accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with HRIS, and Payroll systems; Kronos experience is a plus
System savvy - able to quickly learn our HR systems
