Location: Irving, TX | Travel: 10% | Hours: 8 – 5 pm CT | Work Model: Hybrid

Description:

HR Generalist, is part of the Human Resources team responsible for supporting HR’s mission to build a high performing technology organization with an inclusive people experience where everyone is connected to the purpose within a diverse community of professionals. Responsibilities:

The HR Generalist is responsible for HR functions and light administrative duties for the company. This position will be North America focused, but will coordinate and interact with our Global HR team regularly. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance in the proper systems
  • Handle insurance-related issues while keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal and open enrollment
  • Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents as per the employees’ requirement in consultation with management
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, and facilitate newcomers joining formalities at the corporate office
  • Conduct exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
  • Work with international Internal Company Transfer (ICT) employees on coordination, paperwork and requirements between internal stakeholders including Immigration and Legal
  • Monitor the HR Email Mailbox and respond to general employee queries
  • Resolve employee grievances or queries that may arise and escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
  • Administer performance management processes as per the CultureAmp / PMS policy and timelines
  • Engage with employees on a regular basis. Build strong relationships that enhance internal organizational relations and external community interactions. Provide operational support for internal and external community building experiences and events.
  • Perform annual audits to ensure the department has proper paperwork/documentation for employees
  • Update and maintain Employee Handbook(s) for US and Canada as needed
  • Work with Marketing to create / deploy both North America and Global communications
  • Assist in preparing Global Town Hall meetings
  • Work with facilities to coordinate executive on-site meetings, presentations and events
  • Maintain a budget and expense for local HR activities, schedule meetings, and other ad hoc administrative duties: answer phone calls, check/scan incoming mails, post office runs…etc.
Reporting to the HRBP or HR Director for US Operations

Requirements

  • Associate / Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years related experience and able to perform each essential responsibilities listed above
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working as an HR Generalist assisting with employee programs, on-boarding, conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews
  • 1+ year in preparing HR communications
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent desktop computer skills, especially in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic and growing organization
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Benefits

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $55 – 60K is anticipated for this role in the US.
