The Human Resources Generalist will support the Manager, Human Resources Automation and Resourcing lead in the United States and Canada by effectively administering organizational initiatives, practices, policies and procedures as they apply to all areas of the Human Resources function. This includes recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination, compensation, training and development, employee relations and retention, and HR reporting and records management. The incumbent will be responsible to maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulations to ensure full compliance with all applicable country guidelines and provide guidance to all levels of the organization with a high sense of professionalism and confidentiality.
Expectations
We are looking for a detail oriented, client facing professional with a fundamental HR knowledge. A bachelor’s degree in human resources combined with 2 to 5 years of prior work experience in providing front line support and resourcing would be ideal. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Prior working experience with applicable US and Canadian laws, regulations and related HR legislation is a must.
