In the role of HR Intern, you work directly with team members and leaders at all levels to support HR initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to support the HR team with recruitment, projects, and daily activities. This position contributes to our vision by:

• Assisting with talent acquisition, partnering with leaders and the HR team for the full recruitment cycle
• Acting as a technical resource for employees and resolve inquiries related to the human resources function
• Assisting HR Business Partners with employee and labor relations
• Supporting benefits management, communication, and annual open enrollment
• Organizing employee events and recognition programs, creating HR communications, and supporting regular HR activities

• Applicants should be a Junior or Senior currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a four-year college or university or in a master's program with a preferred course of study in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Requires knowledge of employee and labor relations concepts and understanding of state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements
• Requires effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Must have the demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and maintain high levels of personal and professional integrity and to act as an ethical agent who promotes core values, integrity, and accountability through the organization
