40 hours / Week

MST (Colorado, USA)

Weekends or Weekdays Off - Depending on the Operations Needs

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Screen and Identify potential candidates for the company
  • Set up an interview schedule
  • Attract potential candidates to join the organization
  • Engage with the team to develop, review and retain those individuals who have the potential
  • Audio notes transcription
  • Directly reporting to the CEO and Admin Executive

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excel Proficient
  • Typing speed 40 WPM

Technical Requirements

  • Dual Monitor
  • High internet speed ( Fiber Connection)
  • With a backup device/battery and internet connection
  • Web Cam
  • USB Type headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Good work space free from noise and distractions

SKILLS NEEDED:

Effective Communication: Your sales experience has likely honed your communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey job requirements, company culture, and career opportunities to candidates. Clear and persuasive communication is crucial in attracting and engaging potential candidates.

Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with candidates is vital for successful recruitment. Your sales experience can help you establish rapport and trust with candidates, making them feel valued and comfortable throughout the hiring process. This can contribute to higher candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience.

Active Listening: Sales professionals often excel in active listening, understanding customer needs and preferences. This skill is equally important in recruitment. By actively listening to candidates, you can gain valuable insights into their skills, experiences, and aspirations, which can guide your selection process and match candidates to suitable positions.

Target-Oriented Approach: Sales professionals are often accustomed to working with targets and deadlines. Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
