Weekends or Weekdays Off - Depending on the Operations Needs

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: You are responsible for understanding your clients' businesses and their specific requirements. By building strong relationships, you aim to become a trusted advisor and go-to person for their needs. Regular communication, meetings, and visits are crucial to maintaining these relationships.
  • Sales and Upselling
  • Account Planning and Strategy: You develop account plans to outline the strategies and goals for each client. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and creating strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. You collaborate with internal teams to align resources and ensure the smooth delivery of products or services.
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution: As the main point of contact, you address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and efficiently. You coordinate with internal teams to find suitable solutions and ensure timely resolution. Exceptional customer service is essential to maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: You are responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales data, account performance, and market trends. This helps you identify opportunities for growth, forecast future sales, and provide accurate reports to management. Your insights contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making process.
  • Recruitement
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Account managers work closely with various internal departments, such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance. Effective collaboration and teamwork are essential to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excel Proficient
  • Typing speed 40 WPM

Technical Requirements

  • Dual Monitor
  • High internet speed ( Fiber Connection)
  • With a backup device/battery and internet connection
  • Web Cam
  • USB Type headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Good work space free from noise and distractions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
