Sales Representative (m/f)

Ushop Tax Free (USTF) provides a hassle-free Tax-Free Shopping facility to international travelers and retailers, enabling them to focus on their core business. With over 27 years of combined experience in the retail industry and Tax-Free Shopping, we offer bespoke solutions to increase brand awareness, revenue streams, and customer satisfaction. Our service features include seamless operations, no VAT invoicing, and additional revenue opportunities for retailers.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring new Retailers and Shops, Tax Free service educations in shops, increasing brand visibility, support for Retailers and Shops and generating revenue based on KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Present and promote Ushop Tax-Free services to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the retail industry, shopping staff and shop management staff is a plus
• Knowledge of Tax-Free Shopping procedures is a plus
• High School or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field
• Driving License – B Category

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
