### HRBP Job Description• *Position Title**: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)• *Responsibilities**:1. **Strategic Partnership**: Collaborate closely with business units to understand their goals and strategic needs, providing HR solutions to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.2. **Talent Management**: Oversee talent acquisition, training, development, and performance management, driving talent pipeline development and enhancing the organization's overall capability.3. **Employee Relations**: Handle employee relations issues, maintain employee satisfaction and work atmosphere, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.4. **Culture Building**: Assist in promoting company culture, facilitating organizational change and cultural integration, and enhancing employee engagement and cohesion.5. **Data Analysis**: Provide decision-making support through HR data analysis, helping business units better understand and optimize HR management.6. **Policy Implementation**: Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures, ensuring the effective execution of HR practices.### Requirements1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.2. **Work Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in an HRBP role. Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred.3. **Professional Skills**:- Proficient in HR theories and practices across various functions, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and performance management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels and functions.- Strong data analysis skills, capable of supporting business decisions through data insights.- Strong problem-solving skills, able to handle complex situations independently.4. **Language Skills**: Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.5. **Personal Attributes**: Team player with a proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
