Job Description
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be statistical analysis, application upgrades, and have solutions to integration issues.
Representative Key Responsibilities

Provide administrator support for all Workday modules that the Firm, including but not limited to business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management in support of maintain Workday platform.

Oversee data integrity to include quality, accuracy, security, and usability of employee data and related interfaces by implementing adequate processes and audits.

Perform application upgrades, troubleshoot system and integration issues with a sense of urgency and provide effective and efficient solutions.

Work closely with the HRIS manager/team members to address any Workday inquiries and process issues.

Gather, review, and provide data/reports as needed.

Deliver training and create training materials as needed.

Optimize HRIS processes, integrate processes and application that works with Workday, and perform diagnostic tests.

Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries.

Ensure efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.

Keep up with and provide recommendations for upgrades and technological changes with existing modules.

Laison with the IT department for any issues, troubleshooting, and projects that involve downstream systems.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience
-
5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years of Workday experience with strong proficiency in any or combination of the following modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Leave & Absence Management, Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.

Bachelor’s degree

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced level in Excel and Word.

The successful candidate should have excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem solving and multi-tasking, and ability to work and manage projects with conflicting deadlines.

Candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills, a dedication to accuracy and attention to detail and a commitment to client service and professionalism

Advanced proficiency in database management and security

Experience viDesktop is desired but not required.

Physical Requirements of the Position

Must have the ability to lift/carry file boxes (25 lbs max)
