HRIS Analyst / workday Administrator
Hybrid Work Schedule (3/2).
Location-Austin, Tx

Job Description
  • Empower leaders globally by providing high quality HR data, reporting, analyses and insights
  • Design reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders in an easy to understand dashboard format
  • Partner with stakeholders (internal and external to HR) to understand new reports/data requirements and ensure results meet business needs within Workday
  • Work with HR COEs to review metrics that enable creating new and enhancing existing data reporting and analysis
  • Create and maintain reports catalog to enable end users to get reports from Workday
  • Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication methods to include documentation of Workday manuals and training sessions
  • Partner with Workday consultant and global HR Technology team on system enhancements, implementations and change management
  • Apply Workday security principles to data analytics and reporting
  • Assist with data cleansing and system maintenance activities, including review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system enhancements to ensure continued accuracy of analytics
  • Compliance reporting such as EEOC, VETS and AAP reporting
  • Support annual processes including performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, budgeting and others as identified
  • Maintain awareness and apply current trends in HR Analytics
  • Identify, design and document process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to HRIS and related functions
  • Integration troubleshooting and support
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or 8 years of related experience.
  • 2+ years direct experience in data reporting & analytics preferred
  • workday experience is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Ease in managing through ambiguity and change management
  • Advanced level Workday HCM and Power BI
  • Preferred experience with Workday products such Learning, Recruiting and OnBoarding
  • Experience creating advanced, composite, matrix and trending reports and dashboards
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills – able to review trends and data to come to new conclusions based on findings
  • Consultative skills to provide customers with necessary information resulting in improved user experience
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation and reasoning)
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
