Overview

The HRIS Program Manager is responsible for providing analytical and technical support to the Human Resources team in conjunction with HRIS initiatives and other HRIS-related responsibilities.

What you will be doing

  • Evaluate, analyze, design, and implement HRIS; provide recommendations for improvement and implements same
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact for HRIS
  • Liaise with technical support teams, external vendors and business partners to ensure that HRIS needs are being met
  • Review created intergrity audits and provide feedbacks for improvement
  • Develop, generate and distribute custom or complex data reports using HR systems, HSIDB and other applications
  • Review process plan for data collection needs for reporting purposes across all systems
  • Reviews user procedures, guidelines and documentations
  • Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge
  • Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends
  • Mentor, coach and train other team members
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in related field
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM, Reporting, and Talent Administration required
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Successful completion of courses or seminars related to HRIS and data
  • Excellent collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Excellent project planning and execution skills, with Excellent sense of project ownership and ability to anticipate possible roadblocks and provide viable solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively, and keep schedules and projects in order and up to speed
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient; advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sharp , fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Effective analytical skills; demonstrated ability to anticipate the impact of decisions that are made and also to analyze/interpret plan definitions and policy comparisons/differences
  • Knowledge of internet search engines
  • TSQL programming
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to developing team members
  • Up to 10% travel time required


Based on Individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $100,000-125,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits.
