Mixed-Signal IC Design Masters Intern

General Description: 

Exciting summer internship opportunity to work with a talented team of scientist and engineers focused on design, integration, and validation of leading-edge mixed-signal systems. Under the guidance of a mentor, you will be responsible for analog and mixed-signal chip design, from circuit design to layout and verification. 


Essential Duties:

Work with senior staff scientists and engineers to design and perform layout of analog, digital, and mixed-signal IP blocks. Present results to technical staff and management.


Required Skills: 

Experience with design and simulation tools (e.g Cadence, Matlab).

Understanding of circuit design techniques and familiarity with semiconductor IC technologies.  


Education: 

Graduate student in Electrical Engineering. Coursework in analog circuit design/theory.


Special Requirements: 

U.S. citizenship


Compensation:

The pay range for this position $43 - $48 per hour.
