Century Group is partnering with a client for a Financial Assistant to join their team full-time. This role will be responsible for analyzing historical financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights to optimize investments for maximum profitability. Your expertise in financial analysis and knowledge of commercial real estate market trends will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $55,000 to $65,000 per year.Job Description• Assess loan risks and maintain close ties with property management and accounting departments to effectively monitor DSCR values.• Input information into various worksheets to ensure up-to-date data for bank compliance.• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the risk-return profile.• Review and adjust credit limits, interest rates, and terms to maintain portfolio quality.• Develop financial packages to attract capital injection from investors.• Monitor investors’ financial strength and approve their finances for collaboration on investment opportunities.• Conduct financial analysis using Yardi data to support investment decisions, budgeting, and performance assessments.• Collaborate with the CFO to oversee all departments and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.• Schedule and attend meetings as directed by the CFO, focusing on achieving departmental goals.• Gather and compile necessary data for meetings, due diligence, and inquiries related to banking and leasing.• Manage the CFO’s email communications, forwarding relevant messages to appropriate team members for task completion.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• 1 year of experience as a budget analyst, financial analyst, business accountant, or similar role.• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, financial modeling tools).• Experience with financial software systems.• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.REF #49057#ZR
