Their remit will be focused on commercial management, supporting the strategic direction of the function and finance activitiesAs our Legal Operations Specialist you will:• Contract ownership for all US Legal External Law Firms and Vendors.• Management of regional subscription processes, including relationship management with the vendors and liasion with legal team for licensing requirements• Analyze financial reports and data management; complete studies and/or make recommendations, as appropriate• Coordinate Town Halls, trainings and other strategic meetings and events for the function• Analyze and publish routine reports to reflect financial position of US Legal, enabling leadership to make informed decisionsFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $91,100.00 and $136,000.00The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.At HSBC, our overall goal is to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, with an appropriate mix of fixed pay, and variable pay, as part of an employee's overall total compensation and benefits.
