The Billing Assistance Experience (BAX) team is on a mission to increase operational efficiency and reduce human-led business processes by building scalable back-office solutions to help support internal HubSpotters.
As a Senior Backend engineer on BAX, you’ll work to build understanding and empathy for our users, their business processes and their pain points. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with key stakeholders (your TL, PM, PD, and business partners) to contribute towards driving the vision and take technical ownership of projects with real measurable dollar impact.
As a part of the Billing group in Fintech, you’ll also get the opportunity to work on complex and interesting challenges that we solve for across teams to enable HubSpot to operate at scale.
