The Opportunity
As an Assessment Coordinator at Hult Ashridge, you will play a key role in the Assessments team, supporting the delivery of impactful and innovative assessment solutions for our global clients. You will also be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, assisting with their Assessments queries. This is an exciting development role with scope to be involved with wider Assessment and Development consulting. 
  
Key responsibilities 
  • Provide excellent administration and project support to deliver a range of assessment solutions 
  • Carry out accurately and efficiently all aspects of the assessment lifecycle including: setting up projects on supplier platforms, chasing completions, dealing with enquires (phone & email), preparing reports, and invoicing 
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support and advise on assessment process 
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our assessment products to provide proactive and clear communication to our faculty, sales and project managers 
  • Ensure best practice standards are followed in order to meet our data protection standards 
  • Accurate and timely use of our internal invoicing system to code invoices and pay suppliers 
  • Setting up and using technical platforms including Salesforce, Zoom and teams for call/presentations 
  
The knowledge, skills, and experience we look for 
  • A MSc degree in Organisational Psychology (will consider part-time MSc students) 
  • Client centric with a passion for delivering excellent service and adapting to client needs 
  • Detail-orientated and able to work accurately at speed delivering competing demands with minimum need for supervision 
  • Displays a level of consciousness around maintaining confidentiality to meet ethical standards 
  • Excellent at problem solving and finding quick solutions to technical problems 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • People with drive and ambition who are comfortable with ambiguity and ability to easily adapt to shifting client and business demands 
  • Technically confident, a quick learner with strong data skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and supplier databases (specific training on supplier packages will be provided) 
Desirable: 
  • An understanding of selection, development and test design 
  • BPS qualification in Test User Training: occupational ability tests (previously level A) and occupational personality tests (previously level B) 
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Oracle
