We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, based in our office within Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, to guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders, from booking to invoicing.
Using the expertise you will develop with our training and mentorship, you will ensure quick and knowledgeable responses to assist customers at any stage of their order, as well as on pro-actively solving any problems that might appear.
