Product & Project Manager (Python Focus) - FRSCH001

We are seeking a skilled Product & Project Manager with a strong technical background, particularly in Python, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have completed technical studies, with proven experience as both a Product Manager and Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure management, software implementation, and strategic product development. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, providing internal IT support, and coordinating efforts with external service providers.

Key responsibilities include supervising and maintaining IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN networks, servers, and backup systems, ensuring business continuity. You will implement and integrate software applications according to the company's strategic plan, define objectives in collaboration with management, and prioritize ongoing or delayed activities. Additionally, you will drive the development of existing digital products, test and implement new features—particularly in front-end development—and synchronize IT efforts with both internal and external teams.

Must-Have Skills, Competencies, and Experience:

• IT infrastructure management
• Programming skills in Python, Javascript, and SQL
• User Interface design and API management

Highly Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS Pro, QGIS)
• Project and Product Management expertise
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of GIS environments and tools
• Experience in multinational team environments
• Familiarity with software integration and testing methodologies

This role requires excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English, as you will be expected to coordinate with multinational teams and external stakeholders.
