Customer Onboarding Specialist (Retirement Plans)

Human Interest is a high-growth tech company dedicated to ensuring that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits. They are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new clients' 401(k) plans and ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.

Skills

Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly 401(k) plans
Customer onboarding experience in a SaaS environment
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Communicate extensively with customers to identify needs and help them establish 401(k) plans
Educate and guide newly signed customers on retirement plan options
Work cross-functionally to meet customer needs
Drive processes forward and manage stakeholders
Identify areas for process improvement

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
