Responsibilities

Lead financial and headcount planning processes
Improve forecast accuracy and analyze material variances
Provide financial oversight aligning expenses and hiring decisions with objectives
Deliver data-driven insights and financial analysis
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes
Enhance financial processes and implement systems improvements
Collaborate across departments for alignment with consolidated company plans

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
