Human Resources Advisor Lead

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be a key member of the HR team supporting our global technology organization. In this role, you will partner with the global HR team and business leaders to drive the people component of Capital’s business strategy, particularly focusing on leading core HR processes, serving as a subject matter expert on various HR topics, and providing HR support to managers. A focus area for this role will be leading our cyclical performance and talent processes, which will include consulting and providing guidance to our HRBP teams as well as business leaders on topics, such as performance rating calibration, preparation for talent review discussions, and associated people data to inform our decisions. This role will also be responsible for coaching and guiding managers within an assigned business unit; engaging with them to deliver HR programs and initiatives.

You’ve had previous experience in an HR function where you demonstrate knowledge of HR processes and policies, legal compliance, and best practices.
You are a progressive thinker with a passion for streamlining processes and leveraging relationships to navigate changes.
You enjoy working with data and know how to conduct trend analysis with large sets of information. You thrive on interpreting data, identifying key points, and translating information into actionable insights and ideas for practicable solutions.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $80,020-$128,032

‎

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $65,783-$105,253

‎

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
