About the role:

Our global HR team has an opportunity available for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Commercial team in North America. The Commerical team includes our Field Service, Bench, and Customer Service groups. The HRBP will provide a wide variety of critical human resource responsibilities include advising and guiding leaders and associates in core practices, providing information and advice around regulations, policies, and programs.

What will you do?

Engagement and Retention

  • Improve associate engagement and reduce voluntary turnover, partner with leaders to develop effective action plans and track progress
  • Coach and counsel managers in enhancing their own leadership skills, addressing concerns, and improving on opportunities to develop robust teams
  • Support ongoing training and development for our customer group and partner with learning and development

Employee Relations

  • Respond timely to questions and conduct associate relations investigations, may collaborate with managers and legal counsel on outcomes and next steps

Talent & Performance Management

  • Collaborate with others to implement, improve, and utilize our talent development processes
  • Partner with our internal customers on performance management

Other Duties

  • Collaborate with others on the external and internal recruitment process
  • Deliver reports (turnover, staffing ratios, etc.), coordinate unemployment responses, handle recruiting processes, lead parts of the onboarding process
  • Enter necessary associate data in HR systems in a timely, accurate manner. Create, maintain and lead the compliance of associate files. Assist in creating, changing, and maintaining inclusive job descriptions
  • Ensures optimal relationships with our customers through strength in understanding and creating solutions to deliver the highest satisfaction levels for our diverse set of associates
  • Drives execution of temporary countermeasures to problems even before the root cause is determined to maintain customer satisfaction

What qualifications do I need?

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of experience in an HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience. HR experience specific to change management, engagement and employee relations is key.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness to lead and engage effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Previous experience working in a complex, matrixed and high-performing culture.
  • Experienced in the use of continuous improvement tools (standard work, root cause analysis, voice of the customer, etc.) preferred.

  • Managerial courage, showing the ability to be honest and tact to establish relationships while doing so
  • Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

  • This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
