Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral member of the HR team. This role supports the day-to-day needs of the HR/Recruiting Department by performing a variety of tasks including:
  • Scheduling interviews and providing follow up communications to candidates.
  • Coordinating and conducting orientation to ensure new employees have a stellar on-boarding experience.
  • Sending out new hire announcements to the team and organization.
  • Coordinating live and on-line meetings, events and other activities that drive organizational culture.
  • Maintaining employee paper and electronic records
  • Tracking and monitoring completion rates for trainings, performance management and compliance events.
  • Generating reports, employee communications and presentations as tasked.
Who You Are:
First and foremost, you have 2+ years of administrative or human resources experience and a strong desire to develop a long-term career pathway in HR. You also have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field
  • A strong can-do, customer-centric focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • The ability to analyze data and recommend changes based on the analysis.
  • The ability to drive programs and projects through to completion.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; strong ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
