What We Need:

The Human Resources Generalist facilitates and manages team relations on behalf of the company. Designs develop and unite in the execution of specified projects and initiatives for the QA division.

What You Will Do:

• Be the lead point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, benefits, compensations, and problem resolution.
• Conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Partner with the recruiting team to ensure a good candidate and new hire experience.
• Regularly review human resource policies for efficient balance between business needs and employee support.
• Collect and assess HR data to build and maintain HR metrics dashboards to be shared with the leadership team
• Guide the Employee Relations role in investigations of complaints and recommendations for corrective courses of action
• Research and explain laws concerning employment to leaders, continually identifying risks and challenges to the employment relationship
• Support leadership in the development of employees, including coaching and mentoring
• Collaborate with the legal department and outside counsel as needed
• Identify and guide programs that foster constructive team relations, ensuring the organizations' approach to its employees is fair, respectful, and consistent
• Evaluate and improve existing HR practices to introduce new perspectives, trends, and innovative processes
• Ensure employment policies and practices align with relevant regional employment laws
• Stay current with team member relations trends, regulations, and legal requirements

What Will Make You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
• 4+ years prior work experience in an HR Generalist role
• PHR/SHRM certification a plus, but not required
• Prior experience and understanding of human resources principles and practices, including but not limited to wage and hour, employment law, safety, and EEO compliance
• An adaptable attitude with a solid attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• An employee-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
