Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Intern to join our HR Team. This is a great opportunity for a college student majoring or minoring in Human Resource to learn about the workings of a busy HR Department and contribute to the various critical tasks in the employee life cycle. This position is an immediate need and will continue through the summer months.

Responsibilities:
  • Personnel file maintenance
  • Data entry in HRIS
  • Reporting
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • HR audits
  • Liaison with Payroll
  • Special projects, research and compliance support

Candidate Specification

We welcome candidates with the below qualifications:
  • Ability to keep HR information confidential
  • Highly organized
  • Attentive to details
  • Technology savvy (MS Office, databases, etc.)
  • Multi-tasker and autonomous working style
