What do you get to do in this position?
The HR Intern will be able to work within two key areas in our Sustainability team:
Sustainablity Consulting Leadership Program Management

Support the Program Manager with the Regional Event planning for Americas, Europe, and Asia, including an onboarding schedule for new hires and development activities for existing participants

Create, update, and/or maintain program materials for presentations, outreach to universities, promotional materials, etc.

Ideate and create an SCLP website for incoming SCLPs and potential future participants, including collecting video testimonials from current participants

Assist with planning/data management, such as rotation placements, data audits, etc.

Review the SCLP job description and existing resources and propose updates
Sustainability Business Talent Review Campaign

Support the Talent Manager with preparing for the 2023 Talent Review & Succession Planning Campaign

Complete relevant data analyses in preparation for the discussions

Create, update, and/or maintain presentations related to the sessions

Track and communicate progress and updates throughout the campaign
