People Operations is the backbone of our team and has a big effect on the happiness of our people. We want to be the best People Team out there, practicing what we preach in the area of employee engagement and happiness. We are looking for a People Operations Manager who is energized to manage all People Operations in a structured yet passionate way and is eager to bring it to the next level to constantly grow with Lepaya’s offices.

Run all People Operations covering the full employee lifecycle for our (international) offices in a delightful and structured way, e.g. contracting, work permits/visa, onboarding, payroll, pension administration, etc.
Spot the gaps and improve processes where needed and add on when necessary
Work with people leads and being the key go to person within the company to ensure they understand and execute on the processes
Ensure compliance on all processes in the Netherlands and our international offices
Ensuring the best people experience in Lepaya working closely with the rest of the People Team
5 + years of experience in a people operations role, managing the full employee lifecycle;
Experience in international setting (as well as in a NL based company) and launching/setting up new countries
Eye for detail and structured approach to deliver change;
Team player that connects easily but also has high level of independence;
Entrepreneurship to spot opportunities to make processes work better and excellence in execution;
