As an SDR at Humanitec, you'll be pivotal in penetrating enterprise accounts and building relationships across all levels of our target segments. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to convert inbound leads into pipeline opportunities, while also amplifying the effectiveness of our campaigns and messaging. Partnering with experienced Enterprise Account Executives, you’ll quickly qualify leads and identify new targets to engage top-tier enterprise accounts.
Drive Humanitec’s growth by spearheading inbound (75%) and outbound (25%) prospecting efforts, generating sales-qualified leads that convert into opportunities and closed deals.
Qualify inbound leads through personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, relevant content, events, and other innovative engagement strategies.
Craft email sequences, cold-call scripts, and LinkedIn messages to optimize the lead qualification process.
Research new tools and propose fresh ideas to consistently hit quota and stay aligned with cutting-edge sales frameworks.
Independently conduct initial calls with high-value enterprise prospects.
At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role, with a passion for personal and professional growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, a creative mindset, and a growth-oriented approach.
Proficiency in writing persuasive email copy and developing effective sequence campaigns.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a readiness to adapt.
Highly organized, structured, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, SFDC, Dripify/Expandi, Crunchbase, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, CommonRoom, Clay, Cognizm, and Google Spreadsheets.
Adaptability and a keen ability to refine strategies as needed.
Native-level proficiency in English.
Have experience in the B2B SaaS sector, especially within developer tooling, and are enthusiastic about engaging with technical decision-makers.
Have worked at a fast-growing startup.
Have a proven track record of collaborating effectively within remote or distributed teams.
Are passionate about cloud-native technologies and platform engineering.
