About the Role
Are you a self-motivated sales professional looking to join a venture backed, high-growth start-up? Do you want to own your pipe, and work in the AI space? Are you excited about selling to decision makers in various industries including, insurance, banking and healthcare? Are you looking for a high-exposure and high-growth role?
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Humanly, you will play a pivotal role in driving new revenue through the adoption of our innovative recruiting technology solutions to enterprise organizations. We are aggressively investing in people and technology to continue our growth, and this role is crucial to landing new customers and further reinvestment.
You will be a quota-carrying sales executive that will own your sales cycle end-to-end across high leverage Enterprise accounts in North America
Prospect, build, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, selling into decision makers in the recruiting Tech space
Maintain data hygiene against your pipeline and rigor in your schedule to drive efficiency and success against quota
Cultivate and nurture relationships with Enterprise prospects, understanding their unique needs and challenges in the talent acquisition space
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless prospect experience from prospect to customer activation
Tell the Humanly Story
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition
Leverage market insights to position Humanly as the forefront solution for ethical AI in recruiting
Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to accelerate your pipeline and identify ways to maximize your ACV and decrease time-to-close
Champion prospects and feedback, actively encouraging prospects to share their experiences to improve our sales process and influence the product roadmap
4+ years of sales experience in SaaS
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota
Have clear examples of closing deals with senior decision makers in the 5000+ employee range
Rigorous and disciplined around your own schedule and pipe
Highly adaptable and have experience working at an early stage start-up
Strong presentation skills and intellectually curious
Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and compelling manne
Show tenacity and grit and tenacity in closing business
Strong ability to adapt an embrace to an environment that is changing
Strong presentation and critical thinking skills
Fast learner and able to make decisions under pressure
Experience in HR Tech
Presidents club, winner circle or similar
Selling into Talent Acquisition & HR executives
Consulting or consultative selling experience
