We were founded in the early 2000s as a managed service provider and have moved into the cloud and cyber security fields as well. We support over 200 organizations with all their IT needs from on-prem to cloud. We are always growing and currently looking for a Hybrid WFH IT Field & Server Support Engineer.
The Hybrid WFH IT Field & Server Support Engineer is responsible for providing onsite support at our clients’ locations (local travel only) on top of remote support when at home (things that can be done remotely should be done remotely). This relates to all technology utilized by the client, including workstations, servers, printers, networking equipment, internet service, telephone system support, and third-party software. The Hybrid WFH IT Field & Server Support Engineer also carries project implementation responsibilities with regards to all implemented products & technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, workstation builds and deployments, server & network equipment installations, ISP deployments, application installation and upgrades, business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
