Responsibilities • Administration of product data and customer data in Hybris • Platform user and user role administration • Testing • Support users within the business with eCommerce troubleshooting • Maintaining Hybris data quality (pricing, product etc.) • Administration around eProcurement (customer setup etc.) • Vendor Management Support – Digital Projects (eCommerce, Web Development, etc) Knowledge, Experience, Technical Skills • Problem solving skills • Excel skills • Experience with IFS or other ERP systems, SAP commerce, Salesforce • Familiar with XML, JSON
