The Headlines:
In the role of Brewing Hygiene Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI . You will support the following MolsonCoors Programs: Brewery GMP, HACCP, Environmental Water Control, Fact Based Micro Compliance, Cleaning and Sanitizing, Pest Control, Chemical Management, Pasteurizer Performance, and Brewing Draft Assessment.
2. Provides technical support for new process designs, installations and commissioning as they directly relate to Cleaning & Sanitizing Corporate Quality Standards requirements.
3. Supports the management of Corporate Quality Hygiene related, GovernIT documents, maintains current FBMC effective and cost-effective cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

This position reports to the Sr Manager Strategic Partner and works closely with the Strategic Partners of North America.

The Responsibilities:
Beverage / Brewing Processing: 
Provide technical support, training and information to all Brewing Departments, effectively communicate improvements & Best Practices as they are developed.
 Leads and organizes yearly Aseptic Beverage Processing Audits with support from Corporate Brewing.
 Review brewing micro results as needed and make recommendations to Plant Sanitarians / Brewing Leaders on areas of improvement. 
Participate in the change request approval process
Good Manufacturing Practices / FDA
 Supports, executes, and maintain Brewing GMP compliance and inspection programs for MolsonCoors Breweries, which will assure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. 
Develop, maintain and updates GMP documents as required. Participates in Yearly Level II Audits of each Brewery and coordinate the Brewing QS GMP inspection for MCBC.
 Reports and follows up on improvement initiatives noted during inspections.
 Maintain knowledge of GMP and keep up with any related regulatory or technology changes by participating in GMP refreshers to maintain knowledge as needed.
Process CIP and Fact Based Cleaning
 Manage and communicate Best Practices for CIP and cleaning to all Breweries.
 Conduct Fact Based Clean Sweep Reviews for all Breweries, as needed based on micro-compliance, in support of BIQ and Supply Chain Metrics.
 Follow up and work with breweries on all improvements coming out of the FBCS process.
 Work with Corporate Engineering to improve CIP Systems in all Breweries.
 Work with Breweries and Corporate Engineering to incorporate Sanitary Design into all new installations in breweries. Participate in commissioning new systems.
 Work with Corporate Engineering and Breweries to optimize Water usage for CIP and Hygiene
Plant Sanitarian Support

 Maintain communication with each Brewery Sanitarian and Plant Microbiologist.
 Provide technical support, training and information for problem solving.
 Share Best Practices to each Brewery as appropriate.
 Work for Continuous Improvement of the Sanitarians knowledge base. 
Participates in Weekly - Monthly Hygiene trigger conference calls.

HACCP
 Work with Corp. BBIQ Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support all HACCP documents.
 Work with HACCP Coordinators at each Brewery as needed to support the HACCP program.
 In conjunction with the annual GMP and Hygiene audits at each brewery, review compliance to the HACCP program.
 Maintain HACCP Certification

Pest Control
 Understand and maintain knowledge of current methods of Pest Control.
 Review yearly and assists individual Brewery Pest Control programs as needed with Plant Sanitarians.
 Develop, maintain and update all MolsonCoors documents.

Chemical Management Process
 Participate in supplier reviews and support usage and cost reports.
 Coordinate sharing of Best Practices for CMS across MillerCoors.
 Work with the Corporate Sanitarian with our Chemical Management Providers and their suppliers to improve present chemicals / technology.
Safety / Environmental, Innovative and International Resource
 Serve as needed as a resource to Plant and Corporate Safety / Environmental. 
Support as needed any contract operations.
 Support any MolsonCoors Brewery as needed.
 Support innovation products by reviewing CIP and cleaning processes.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (5-8 years)
