The Role Details:

Responsibilities and duties:
● Provide daily customer support by promptly responding to emails.
● Assist importers in prioritizing their daily imports and ensuring timely completion.
● Monitor daily import quality and errors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
● Communicate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to address their queries and concerns efficiently.
● Address contractor and CSM questions through Slack, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
● File product bug tickets and work with product to solve them.
● Provide Zen desk support, resolving customer issues effectively.
● Collaborate with the product team to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements for import tool functionality.
● Import HyperComply’s daily volume of security questionnaires and knowledge base materials
● Report to the Lead of Operations
● Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
The Candidate
Individuals with the following traits, skills and experiences should apply:
● Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree
● 2+ years of previous work experience
● Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
● Experience in editing and manipulating pdf files
● Strong oral and written communication
● Relentless focus on execution and attention to detail
● Thrive in an environment with high levels of ambiguity and considerable freedom
● Prior experience in customer-facing role in a start-up environment is a plus
