As a Demand Generation and Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be at the intersection of marketing strategy and execution, driving both the generation of demand and the acceleration of growth. Your work will directly contribute to scaling our customer base and achieving revenue targets through the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and achieve sales objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing efforts, and increase conversion rates across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and marketing teams to align on target markets, messaging, and goals, ensuring cohesive brand representation and communication.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including SEM, social media advertising, display, and retargeting efforts.
  • Test and analyze campaign performance, using A/B testing and other analytical methods to continually refine strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across various platforms to engage target audiences and promote lead generation.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive consistent, high-quality traffic.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and innovative growth initiatives.
  • Enable the customer-facing team with content and materials as we update product/pricing/positioning


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and meet KPIs.
  • Track record of generating B2B leads with a focus on mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation software, and social media advertising.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset, constantly seeking innovative ways to attract and retain customers.
