Job description:

• Design and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns, mainly for EU Institutions and International Organisations;
• Perform business analysis, identify target audiences and maximize a campaign or message outreach;
• Define digital strategic approach, key messages, and goals to ensure that the communication objectives are met;
• Guide a talented design and implementation team, ensuring that the optimum User Experience is achieved;
• Stay on top of all the latest trends in Digital Marketing.

Job requirements:

• University degree in a related field;
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge and hands-on experience in Digital Marketing technology and tools;
• Ability to measure and report the performance of all campaigns, analyze data and assess results against goals (ROI and KPIs);
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Innovative and entrepreneurial character;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and verbal.
