VP of Legal

Hypori Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Legal to oversee all legal operations with a strategic and business-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAAS/software technology transactions, negotiating, and providing innovative legal and risk management strategies.

Skills

Extensive experience in SAAS/software technology transactions
Strong negotiation and drafting skills
Understanding of legal terms and their business impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide strategic commercial and transactional legal advice and support to the Executive Team and other stakeholders
Lead all legal aspects of revenue transactions including negotiating and interpreting agreements
Oversee corporate governance and participate in board meetings
Develop and implement legal and risk management strategies to support business growth

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
