Human Resources Analyst

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will develop tools and techniques to analyze and report on a variety of HR programs. You'll help optimize our processes through integrations and become the go-to expert for our firm's HR data reporting.What You'll Do:Develop, test and analyze HR data, generating insightful reports to support decision-making, compliance and strategic planning.Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and functionality through data entry, troubleshooting, system configuration, security maintenance, and data audits.Assist with payroll processing for both US and international payrolls, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes with HR Data systems and procedures, collaborating with team members across the firm on data requests and integration needs.Develop documentation and procedures, train new users, and ensure successful change implementation.What You Bring:Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:4+ years of experience providing analytical support in a related area.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Power BI is a plus.Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Vision is preferred.Abilities:Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.Skill in analyzing complex issues and translating them in a concise, understandable format.Ability to adapt and apply various regulations and policies, such as state and international laws, ensuring compliance with differing and sometimes completing rules and procedures.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.Adapt quickly to new systems and processes, demonstrating the ability to learn and adjust as software evolves.Dedication to outstanding customer service for internal clients, teammates, and external customers.Employment Type: Full Time Regular
