Skills

Deep knowledge of German and EU regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of KYC, KYT, and AML processes.

Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

Manage all compliance activities in the German branch.
Ensure adherence to local and international regulations focusing on KYC and KYT.
Develop and maintain robust internal controls to prevent financial crime.
Conduct regular regulatory reporting.
Monitor compliance risks and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments for a cohesive compliance approach.
Stay updated on regulatory changes.
Conduct compliance training for employees.
Handle internal and external audits related to compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
