Digital Sales Intern

We're looking for a motivated Digital Sales Intern to join the IBM team! Finally, we require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities: Develop a basic understanding of IBM products and services. Assist with digital sales activities, such as customer relations and market trends. Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop digital sales skills. Provide support and guidance to customers throughout their purchasing journey. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up to date on current market trends and IBM products/services. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for improvements. Assist with creating and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement.
