In this role, you will be tasked with modernizing our social program management platform. The social program management platform delivers benefits to clients in 19 different countries. As a product manager, your role is to define the future of the product, Create alignment throughout the company -focusing all efforts on the initiatives that are most impactful, communicating the product roadmap and instilling a sense of urgency and market leadership. Lead design and engineering teams to develop positive experiences that impact our clients, align our sales and marketing messaging to the key differentiators in our market and drive a go to market strategy that grows the portfolio. Recognized as a subject matter expert and leader in Health and Human Services Shows a broad understanding of the technical and business context of work and understand our competitors Handles challenging offering/product initiatives Drives Social Program direction Responsible for moving business in a particular direction. Stays up to date in developments in area of expertise, and on the ways that Watson Health can use them for advantage Demonstrates exceptional communication skills. Proficient presentation skills and adapts style to suit audiences appropriately e.g. internal, exec level and customer Strong influence skills and ability to manage people effectively who don't report to them Builds general manager-like perspective across sales, product, marketing, sales, client services and operations disciplines Ability to communicate effectively and explain concepts to executives - both internally and externally Required Technical and Professional Expertise Technical - Recognized expertise in essential technical domains At least 8 years in a Offering management role, or equivalent education/experience Industry/Functional - Recognized expertise in industry / functional domains 5 years working with SaaS and subscription model pricing strategies, preferred experience migrating from transactional to SaaS licensing Proficient in Agile frameworks Holds people accountable with clears expectations and regular checkpoints to drive progress and allow teams to perform their best Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Never ending drive to make products better
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
