Assistant Vice President

iCapital is looking to hire a Treasury Oversight Assistant Vice president to join the Client Operations and Support team.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Attention to detail and proficiency in reconciling data
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings with stakeholders to aid in selecting the appropriate banking partner for new products
Compile and submit documentation for opening and closing of accounts with banking partners
Review and administer banking portal entitlements
Maintain banking information within iCapital’s system of record
Compile and deliver various reporting
Assist with the regular review of team processes
Support vendor management program and Fund Finance teams

Education

Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
