The Role

As a Lead Product Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that shape the future of our products. 

You will coordinate high-impact data projects, collaborate with cross-functional Product teams, and ensure our analytics deliverables are of the highest quality. Your expertise will guide the integration of insights into the data-informed decision-making process, driving enhancements to existing features and accelerating discovery of new opportunities. 

This role reports directly to the VP, Product Management — Maksym Kunytsia.

• Manage a team of 5 Product Data Analysts, supporting their professional development by guiding and inspiring at all levels
• Drive data and analytics projects to realize the full potential of available data for product enhancements and strategic business decisions
• Own the Product Analytics team’s deliverables, ensuring efficient production of high-quality results​​
• Design and implement new data analytics strategies utilizing the most efficient and innovative approaches, including Data Science and Machine Learning
• Ensure clear and impactful communication of insights through data visualizations and dashboards by the Analytics team
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team and other stakeholders to secure necessary data for informed decision-making

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product data analytics and 1+ year of leadership (task setting, supervision, and people development)
• Strong understanding of product and business, including key SaaS and UX metrics
• Expert skills in SQL and Python
• Proficiency in analytics tools and data visualization (Power BI or Looker or Tableau)
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery or Snowflake)
• Experience with Data Science and Machine Learning projects
• Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1 level)

• Experience with tools for behavioral / UX analysis (Heap, Amplitude, MixPanel or Clarity)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Excellent process management skills

Our Interview Process
