Join the team that is ensuring one person- one identity.ResponsibilitiesOverview: As a member of IDEMIA’s Automotive/IoT Business Line team, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and foster existing and emerging relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers of IDEMIA’s North American Automotive and IoT Customers and ecosystem. You will grow territory revenue by effectively managing and continuously feeding a sales pipeline/funnel of existing customers, identifying target opportunities for new sales, cross selling and upselling with acquired customers, and engaging customer retention and contract renewal efforts. You will build a Sales Strategy for selling IDEMIA’s Automotive and IoT portfolio of products and solutions to the Automotive OEMS, IoT, and Tier 1 suppliers. You will leverage your strong sales, relationship management and industry experience to identify and open new business opportunities.The ideal candidate will be based in Michigan and is able to travel up to 50%What You Will Do• Manage territory assignment and pipeline activity; participate in sales forecasting• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to maximize future revenue opportunities• Work to get in front of our competition and stay on the forefront of prospects minds• Meet with and present to key clients and senior-level executives to negotiate and close deals• Aggressively work the pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and Go-to-Market strategies to accommodate corporate goals• Interact with cross-functional business leadership teams including Finance, Contracts, Product Management, Customer Service, and Engineering• Manage account and contact information through the entire sales lifecycle process using Salesforce.com• Remain up-to-date understanding of competitors' activities and competitive offerings• Stay current on the latest Automotive, IoT and Software industry trends.QualificationsWhat You Bring• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in either a Telecom/IT or Engineering or a Business degree with strong technical skills• Experience: 5+ years of Account Management and/or Sales.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• Successful experience in IoT, well connected to NORAM IoT eco-system• Experience in solutions selling, negotiations, and technology sales.• A professional who gets more excited to close a deal, than open a deal• Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas• A track record of high achievement and keenly developed competitive nature• Self-starter with experience and desire to acquire new business.• Good understanding of IDEMIA’s Product portfolio.• Experience in Automotive Industry is an asset• Experience in Telecom Services is an asset• Experience in IoT is an asset• General automotive technology (electric vehicles, infotainment, navigation, apps).• Experience working in multinational and multicultural team environment• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail• Strong organization skills• Excellent communication skills; professional and engaging• The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better• The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals• Able to travel 50%.Location• Great Lakes Region• Detroit, MI (preferred)
